London Health Sciences Foundation’s premier wine and food experience is presented at the luxurious London Hunt and Country Club and supporting the London Health Sciences Centre. This black tie Thursday evening event will feature an elegant epicurean experience for guests, pairing delectable menus from some of London’s most well known chefs and restaurateurs with exquisite wines of the world. Enjoy an incredibly unique opportunity to taste and experience notable wines and the finest cuisine.

Join us in the South Lounge for informative Epicurean Seminars. Presentations begin at 6:30 p.m. are approximately 15 minutes in duration and will be repeated throughout the evening. Details coming soon.

At live auction time the excitement will move into the main dining room where the most exceptional wines, dining experiences and custom travel packages will be auctioned.

Tastings Wine Auction Welcomes Wine Specialist John Szabo

John Szabo is Canada's first and currently only Master Sommelier, earning the title along with the Chivas Regal Trophy in 2004. He has been working in the hospitality business at home and abroad for over ten years, filling many positions including cook, sommelier, wine importer, restaurant & winery consultant, educator and writer. He has developed and delivered trade seminars and tastings for dozens of organizations such as the Wine Council of Ontario, Italian Trade Commission, All About Greek Wines, California Wine Institute, Napa Valley Vintners Association, Austrian Wine Marketing Board, and the Tokaji Renaissance, among many others.

The Tastings Committee is thrilled to have John Szabo as the Wine Specialist. John will provide several lectures and describe the wines in the live auction.
